These Terms govern use of the «Arkhue» platform by business and studio users. Version 2026-10-19.1.

Arkhue lets you upload architectural drawings and generate AI-assisted exterior stills. Concierge and self-serve features may vary by offering.

Register with accurate information. Keep credentials confidential. Report misuse promptly.

Services are billed in credits (prices in CHF). While we are not subject to VAT, no VAT is shown on invoices. If we become VAT-registered, prices will be shown inclusive of applicable VAT. Credits are generally non-refundable; failed renders not caused by user error are refunded automatically in credits.

Purchased credits are valid for 24 months from purchase unless stated otherwise.

You warrant that you have the necessary rights to uploaded drawings and do not infringe third-party rights.

You grant us a non-exclusive licence to store, process, and transmit uploads to subprocessors (e.g. fal.ai) for rendering.

You retain ownership of uploads. You receive the agreed usage rights in outputs, including commercial use where permitted by law.

Results are visualisations, not legally binding construction documents. Professional review remains your responsibility.

No unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content. No API abuse or infrastructure overload.

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months. Indirect damages and lost profits are excluded unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland, subject to mandatory venues.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted.
